Mô Tả Công Việc




Ensure set up and equipment is functional and efficient of Banquet / Meeting / Catering areas. Be responsible for maintenance of audio and visual mobile equipmentof the hotel.
Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Ensure that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
Maintain positive guest and colleague interaction with good working relationships.
Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.
Properly handle and maintain all power tools.
Assist other trades persons or technicians when requested by Management
Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes
Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties
Perform repairs and maintenance works and engineering operations to meet customers’ expectations
Ensure energy conservation measures are in place
Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational
Perform emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety; e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue
Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks [Audio Visual Technician – Banquet Service]
Ensure to provide efficient service and gather guests’ feedbacks.
Accept and is willing to perform General Maintenance Activities outside of the original Routine
Scope of Trade Training (i.e. A Civil Engineer who is willing to change a light bulb, or a MEP Engineer willing to paint a wall)

Minimum 1 year of working experience in any of F&B service; 1 year of audio visual working experience.
