Duties may include but not limited to:
Manage all financial transactions between the gaming floor and Cage areas on shift basis
Maintain the daily operations of Main Bank, Chips Bank, Front Windows, Premium Cage, Rolling Cage, Marker Bank, Count Room, and all Cage workstations on a shift-by-shift basis.
Establish and maintain Marker Bank verify VIP Marker and perform Premium /Junket Settlements to ensure efficient and precise.
Assign tasks, duties and work schedule to cashiers and supervisors to ensure the efficient functioning of the Cage.
Familiar with a variety of Cage’s concept, practices and procedures in different markets
Accept and verify soft count and hard count funds.
Assist with developing, implementation and maintenance of business improvement processes which enhance operational system efficiency.
Investigate all significant variances within the shift. Settling of internal/external disputes and/or errors quickly and proficiently.
Responsible and maintain the control of Casino’s flow of cash and gaming chips.
Assist in UAT and Quality Assurance buy off initiatives for any system enhancements related to Cage Operation.
Provide training and guide Team Members in using systems related to Cage operations and Cage procedures.
Ensure the department’s compliance with Anti–Money Laundering and reporting controls and standards.
Ensure adequate training programs are formulated and implemented for all Supervisor level and below.
Maintain records of departmental fixed assets.
Able to perform variety of tasks or other duties as assigned by Cage Management.

Proficient in writing, speaking, reading and listening of English language. Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean is highly preferred.
Highly computer-literate and well-verse in various Cage Management System.
Opening and setting up team in various global Casinos preferred.
Highly VIP Junket and Rolling program operational knowledge.
Adopt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
A general knowledge of mathematical skills, money handling, decision-making within your shift and listening abilities with strong judgement skills to handle your shift/operations smoothly and efficiency.
Competent in Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Must have a sound knowledge of laws and regulations associated with Cage department.
Minimum College or bachelor’s degree or in related field or equivalent work experience in Cage operations management.
