General Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and teach recreational activities, outdoor exploration to all guests. Train and hands-on to local staff, ethnic people.
Specific Responsibilities:
Essential:
- Plan, lead and supervise in-house guests with outdoor and indoor recreational activities: boating, biking, trekking…
- Work actively with other staff, supervisors and local community to facilitate a safe and fun, meaningful experiences
- Plan or implement activities and games that are appropriate for the age and ability of the individuals staying at the resort
- Create suitable activities for different audience like students from school camp or teambuilding activities for corporate outing.
- Share other tasks with other team when required, like welcoming guests or solving customer services
- Plan and facilitate evening activities for Quest, Discovery & Immersion.
- Stay on-site during overnight camps
- Maintain monthly checks safety walk-thru and safety drills. Report any behavior incidents to your supervisor through written and verbal communication.
- Must maintain good attendance throughout employment. Committed minimum 6 months
Non-Essential:
- Assist in preparing weekly required paperwork
- Propose purchasing plan for necessary equipment to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintain proper storage of supplies and a safe, clean activities area, first aid areas
- Assist with manager with Specific training (eg. Customer services, English)
- Maintain inventory for paper goods, snacks, and first aid areas
Qualifications:
- Must be able to relate well and work with people with different origin, background, local ethnic.
- Must have a desire to work in nature, accept shortage of luxury commodity and modern lifestyle
- Must be dependable, flexible and responsible.
- Must have good communication skills. English is a must, other languages like French, Spanish, and German are appreciated.
