- Set up the working procedures and process of legal team to implement IRC, ERC, WP, TRC and other related documents. /
Thiết lập các quy trình làm việc và quy trình của pháp lý để thực hiện lập hồ sơ, kiểm tra và trình nộp nhằm xin IRC, ERC, WP, TRC.
- In case the complex works need to deal with local government, state agencies or client to solve problems/
Làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan địa phương, cơ quan nhà nước và khách hàng để giải quyết các công việc liên quan tới việc xin/ chỉnh sửa IRC, ERC, WP, TRC .
- Research laws in various areas of the laws such as corporate law, investment law, etc;/
Nghiên cứu pháp luật trong các lĩnh vực luật khác nhau như luật doanh nghiệp, luật đầu tư, luật lao động và tư vấn thường xuyên tới khách hàng;
- Manage and inspect of corrections of all application documents/
Quản lý và kiểm tra hồ sơ tài liệu cần soạn thảo và nộp, làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng, cơ quan nhà nước và ban giám đốc.
- Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;./
Gặp gỡ, tư vấn và đàm phán với Khách hàng;
- Communicate and co-operate with accounting consultants to find the best solution for clients./
Phối hợp với các chuyên viên kế toán để tìm ra giải pháp tốt nhất cho khách hàng.
- Directly report the working progress and situation to BOD;/
Trực tiếp báo cáo tiến độ, tình hình công việc cho BGĐ;
- Be responsible for all activities of licensing department: recruiting, training, evaluating staffs and seniors./
Chịu trách nhiệm về các công việc trong phạm vi phòng ban: tuyển dụng, đào tạo, đánh giá nhân viên và báo cáo cấp trên.
- Bachelor’s degree in law is mandatory and 3 or more years of licensing experience ;/
Bằng cử nhân luật là bắt buộc và từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vưc xin IRC, ERC, WP, TRC.
- Graduates from Law Universities or Law Faculty of National University of Vietnam;/
hoặc Tốt nghiệp Đại học Luật hoặc Khoa Luật Đại học Quốc gia Việt Nam
- Bright and sociable, strong attitude to tackle problems;/
Tư duy nhanh nhẹn, thái độ làm việc linh hoạt trong giải quyết vấn đề;.
- High adaptability and communication skills/
Khả năng thích ứng cao và kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Fluent communication skills in English/ Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng anh khá
- Reliable, ethics, and attention to detail./

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time./

- Working Time: From 8h00 to 17h00 on Mon to Friday, Lunch breaks 12h00 to 13h00
