This position holder is responsible for1. Demand Planning- Analyze sales trends, portfolio optimization, market insight, demand planning strategy- Lead demand forecast meetings, verify historical data accuracy, and actively challenge forecast assumptions and methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the forecasting process- Lead weekly demand meeting with Commercial teams- Own Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) performance, define root cause impacting forecast accuracy and propose initiatives for improvement- Prepare meeting materials and support arrangements for the S&OP meeting- Build and maintain reports relating to demand planning scope- Manage database, documentation, and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective demand planning and communication.2. Supply Planning- Lead supply strategy including supply network, product classification, MTS/MTO list, safety stock, and order strategy- Provide supply visibility to stakeholders, it includes PO plan, shipment status, inventory status, production plan- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve supply issues/risks- Own internal transportation plan between factories and platforms/warehouses- Own stock replenishment plan to Cambodias internal customer- Reconcile inventory accuracy between system and manual reports- Lead weekly supply meetings with Factories- Measure/report supply chain KPIs including SLOBs, OTIF, DIFOT, and Supply Conformance to Plan- Prepare meeting materials and support arrangements for S&OP meeting- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with Plant Managers, Fulfillment Planners at the plants, and Customer Service Team- Continuous improvement and reports- Monitoring/reporting on deviations in actual vs. planned inventory levels- Manage database, documentation, and standard operating procedures for supply planning processes and systems.3. Inventory management- Highlight inventory risks to stakeholders including OOS risk, aging risk, near-expired stock risk, and follow-up for actions.- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs (finished goods and raw materials).- Highlight to Logistics Team for peak seasons, stockpile- Train key users with good practices and spread the method to all Vietnam Sites.4. Other tasks- Improvement Projects related to planning functions- Jobs assigned by direct manager
