Product trainers responsibilities are included but not limited as follows:
- Keep contact with Head quarter’s training team to receive and communicate about training information, NPI product, new launching product
- Become key person to master in product knowledge and representative of Vietnam team to verify and feedback about product information with Head quarter’s training team
- Do training need analysis to design right training courses to right people
- Define clear objectives for a training course & prepare suitable outline of the concept for that course
- Collect and translate training documents to Vietnamese to train for members and dealers’ field team
- Prepare content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, Q&A, and complementary learning approaches
- Prepare soft skill training courses, higher level sale skill training courses, focus product training courses, based on business demand and companys capability development plan
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
