Manage and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
Record inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
Collaborate with warehouse staff to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Reconcile warehouse-related accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system following the policy of company.
Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
Checking and booking invoices (Asset, purchase goods, common exp,...)
Prepare the document and send it to the AP accountant for processing a payment following the companys policy
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers
Bachelor’s in accounting
Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills
Good at English
Teamwork player, SAP experience is required.
02 years experiences in Accounting.
