Responsibility
1. Market research
- To assist the Research Manager in assembling information and maintaining databases.
- Collect data relating to real estate projects & market overall, legal updates, and infrastructure development by contacting sales agents, and agencies or using personal networks.
- Site visits for market updates including project site, sales gallery, etc.
- Produce market research reports & other specific reports with the support of the Research Manager.
- Any other research that may be assigned from time to time.
- Participate in meetings with joint venture partners.
2. Project sales admin
- Arrange filing and report on day-to-day sales figures, and stacking plans.
- Check the monthly service fee paid by sales agents and process the payment with the finance team.
- Frequently update on project pricing and surrounding competitor pricing for reports.
- Frequently update sales documentation of the project. Liaise with sales agents, and customers to get information on contract signing, payment, and after-sales processes.
- Frequently update on social media/ all message group chats to collect marketing materials and information about the project for reports.
- Support the sales team for paperwork.
- Support the sales team in cooperating with other teams internally to seek approvals and requests.
- Attend sales events on the weekend (if any).
- Any other tasks requested by.

Requirements
・Gender: Any. Age: Under 28
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 2 years of experience in market research and project sales admin position in the Real Estate industry.
