+ Marketing Feature Development (20%)
Research market to collect more insights of customers;
Work with Tech - Product team to build new marketing products and features for the company;
Develop automated marketing tools, improve efficiency;
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate about new products and increase users based on these new features.
+ Marketing Analytics (50%)
Monitor and build reports on operational indicators of the entire Marketing team, coordinate with data analysis departments to find solutions;
Based on the analysis of the Marketing teams indicators, propose reasonable marketing activities;
Collaborate with internal teams: Growth, Advertising, Content and teams in the company: Business Development, Operations to optimize processes and ensure the companys user growth target;
Set up and control the system of marketing promotion codes, control the teams cost;
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns,…
+ Marketing Growth (30%)
Grow new user by growth tactics related to new features (Referral, Retargeting).
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate about new products, features, and increase user base through these new features.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business analyst, or related disciplines
1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics;
Proficient in using Excel, knowing about SQL (basic);
Having experience in working with mobile attribution and app analytics (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase…) is a pluh
Promotional spirit, always proposing new ideas;
Skills in data analysis and problem solving;
Good communication skills, working with multi - departments, experience in working with Tech/Product team is a plus.
