The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of campaigns, promotions, and updates across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Location: Vietnam (HN/DN/HCM)Experience: 3+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Ensure projects are launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).Work with the eCommerce Manager and Associate Manager to optimize the workflow processAbility to review key performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizationReview campaign designs and suggest conversion optimization opportunities before and during productionExecution of site content to support campaign execution in line with the campaign designs and marketing toolkitsDelivery of all back-end configuration to support both campaign and BAU trade including correct set up of product groups, navigation, bundles and other ecommerce promotional requirementsEnsure thorough testing and governance processes are upheld throughout the production processWork closely with front end developers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns function seamlessly across devicesWork with creative studio to ensure all required assets for on-site execution are delivered as per the briefExecution of SEO requirements as part of page build as determined by the SEO managerAssist manager to assess all processes and looks for areas of improvement in workflows.Collaborate with team members in functional areas such as Marketing, Merchandising...

Proven experience with Web Publishing and Content Management Systems (CMS) particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Familiar with HTML/CSS Having experience in Web Content, Transactional Publishing, Micro-site, and Strategy are an advantageProven experience with eCommerce Platforms and related configurationExperience with Adobe Analytics and or GA4Proficient in JIRA workflow managementAttention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at the same timeVerbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, content, and developmentRetail experience preferredGood at English
