Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. We primarily serve the Singapore market, so candidates should have experience in designing websites in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing websites and creating graphics and images for various marketing campaigns. The role focuses solely on the design aspect, with no requirement to convert designs into HTML or CSS.Key Responsibilities:Design and create website layouts and user interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and Adobe Photoshop (PSD).Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, images, and other visual elements for digital marketing campaigns.Ensure design consistency across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure that design specifications are clear and can be accurately implemented

Educational Background:A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field from a recognized university.Experience:A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house design team.A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects, demonstrating creativity, proficiency with design tools, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.Skills and Expertise:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and Adobe Photoshop (PSD).Extensive experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.Familiarity with responsive design and an understanding of how to create designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.Have video editing skills is a plus, but not required.Personal Attributes:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are polished and error-free.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
