1. To ensure the area is set up as per defined standards.
2. To ensure guests are greeted, escorted to the preferred seating area. To ensure the setup of the area and that amenities are presented.
3. To get interact with guests joining the activities and to check satisfaction and feedback about the service and facilities in the resort.
4. To participate in the decoration, social events, cultural activities, and installations as required.
5. To ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.
6. To supervise and if necessary, discipline employees under direct control.
7. To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
8. To build an effective team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and security, training, and development.
9. To report to Recreation Manager on day to day basis of all activities and keep accurate departmental records of all training conducted.
10. To log in the logbook of any information related to the operation
11. To patrol lobbies, corridors, back of the house area, public rooms, and surroundings.
12. To detect infringement or suspicious behavior.
13. To interview guests and employees, approach and question suspicious persons courteously.
14. To conduct an investigation on incidents and inform and management of findings
15.Guide guests in practicing yoga and well-being activities
