1. Job descriptions- Manage, inspect, and assign jobs to warehouse workers, picking operators and staff to arrange RMT in the warehouse to ensure the production line runs smoothly- Ensure accurate stock-taking via the SAP system- Organize the management, inspection, and supervision of goods in warehouses to ensure RM supply follows FIFO- Ensure 5S & Safety in warehouse, picking area- Weekly inventory uncountable RM & adjust on SAP- Co-operate with SQA to follow up on the RM return to the suppliers- Apply lean manufacturing techniques and World-class manufacturing tools to optimize resources, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase manpower efficiency- Implement other tasks assigned by Manager
2. Requirements- Having at least 5 years of working experience in a warehouse- Having experience in SAP system and raw material management is preferable.- Good at root cause analysis & always apply innovation in working method- English communication skills- Be hardworking, careful, and responsible- Strong organizational and time management skills- Understanding of lean manufacturing skills and kaizen tools3.
