KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process for goods and services required by the company. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of products.

Required skills –
• Good communication skill
• Apparent planning ability
• Good knowledge about the market supplies
Qualifications –
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience –
• At least 3 years working experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity is preferred
