Mô Tả Công Việc
1/ Internal communication (60%)
- Plan and implement short-term and long-term internal communication activities.
- Plan, coordinate and implement detail internal communication events in suitable with the company culture and vision of the Board of Directors
- Responsible for the concept of internal event: content, image, event scripts, MC scripts...;
- Report periodically to the manager on Internal Communication activities.
2/ Employer Branding (40%)
- Responsible for coordinating with the recruitment team to build the employer branding
- Suggest ideas and plan for employer branding activities of the Company.
- Be in charge of company communication channels (Facebook, Website, LinkedIn ...), to bring company value and culture to potential candidates

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, public relations, foreign languages, human resource or other related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in internal communications.
Basic English communication skills
Good knowledge and experience in organizing cultural events and activities;
Ability to connect and engage people, actively in coordinating and deploying work;
Nice to have skills: Design, Edit Video, basic photography, MC, content writing..
Creative, willing to learn new things,
Good communication and teamwork skills
