Mô Tả Công Việc
**** Job Overview
The Assistant Web Operations Manager is responsible forsupporting the Web Operation Manager in managing, operating
and maintaining OneSkysOneBigFamily website a platform for early childhood trainers and caregivers to participate in
online learning experiences, including working with the trainers in enhancing the participation of trainees on the website,
technical support to users and support trainers in creating activities for graduated trainees. The Assistant works closely
with the Web Operation Manager and the in-country early learning specialist and trainers to promote on-going
participation on OneBigFamily.
**** Job Requirement
▪ Work with the Vietnamese team to assist in enhancing the participation of trainees/caregivers on
OneBigFamily website
▪ Train users to register and navigate OneBigFamily. Provide additional support when necessary.
▪ Support the web operation manager in managing the day to day operation of all online activity and
learning experiences on OneBigFamily.
▪ Manage access to the platform and provide support to users so they can maximize its potential.
▪ Support the Vietnam trainers in accessing 1BigFamily website on tablets and smartphones and
together support the trainees in logging in the website.
▪ Work with the Vietnam trainers team to plan activities for graduated trainees and organize offline
meeting for graduated trainees.

▪ Be able to learn and get familiar with the basic skills of using World Press Platform
▪ Be able to learn and get familiar with new tools/apps _ will be trained by the Web Operation Manager
▪ Experience in using technological equipment such as laptop, tablet, smartphones…
▪ A technical and organized mind
▪ Attention to detail
▪ Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
▪ Organizational skills related to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
▪ Strong work ethic with demonstrated collaborative and coordinative skills
▪ Experience teaching adults desired
▪ Broad knowledge of child development and education of young children
▪ Strong Vietnamese written and oral communication skills
▪ Strong English written skills and ordinary English oral communication skills
▪ Good analytical skills are preferred
