Work closely with the Market Manager to ensure optimal room availability and rates based on market demand
Conduct market research to stay informed about the competitive landscape in the Da Nang market and provide insights to the Market Manager
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive direct bookings and grow brand awareness
Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation
Manage and monitor the hotels online distribution channels, including the hotel website and OTAs
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure all rates and promotions are accurately reflected across all distribution channels
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and tactics
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Minimum 1 years of experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads for the hotel industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with hotel distribution channels and revenue management strategies
