Mô Tả Công Việc
Develop and implement a suitable HR strategy for each year.
Build and continuously improve recruitment procedures to ensure a great working experience for candidates with high efficiency.
Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: VietnamWorks, Linkedin, Social networks, etc.
Screen, andinterview to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right position and coordinate with GM and Managers to arrange interview and follow up the offer.
Collaborate with the Accountant for some legal issues regarding HR documents
Consult and implement strategies for building up the company culture.
Other duties as requested.

At least 02 years of experience in Recruitment or similar roles.
Having experience with startups or headhunting companies is preferred.
Ability to communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team.
