Mô Tả Công Việc
Your Role:
PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC
Your Main Tasks:
• Materials, machines, and others resource availability ensured for Customer Success;
• Responsible for accuracy of inventory levels for both raw materials and machine spare parts;
• Review of weekly material requirements and create purchase requisitions or orders;
• Process new purchase orders;
• Implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures;
• Responsible for Import – Export for Customer Success;
• Report to authorized manager(s) any problems that affect negatively to companys operating activities, legality, product quality, environment, and safety;
• Produce and submit monthly/quarterly reports;
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Team to move toward TJSEA’s Mission;
• Comply to TIGER Code of Ethics, Code of Conducts and other Regulations;
• Co-ordinates with other departments to meet company wide goals;

Your Profile:
• College degree; major in Business Administration is preferred;
• Fast learner;
• Good in English communication; experiences in SAP is a plus;
• Proficiency in office computer skills: Word, Excel;
• Able to perform under pressure and tight timeline;
• Active, careful, patient, creative, organized, articulate, and assertive;
