- Processing orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Preparing reports, memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
- Collaborative skills needed to liaise with others department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Cooperating with and Collecting data from Other departments for systemizing.
- Arrange meeting schedule.
- Computer skills to generate and analysis monthly sales reports.

- Graduated or Fresh Graduated from Economics College/ University
- Being flexible and commercially aware
- Responsible mind oriented; Willing to learn
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding English; speak Chinese (mandarin) more advantage
- Basic Import / Export procedures knowledge.
- Well-cooperating with other department.
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Timely support other colleagues.
