Apply trade expertise as Technician in charge of the monthly preventive maintenance of: Electric Station, Electric Distributor board, Chiller, Boiler, Pump, AHU, FAN, Portable hydraulic lift, Golf cars and other electric equipment.
Assist Laundry technician / Boiler technician / Kitchen technician / Duty technician when required
Establish and maintain proper parts inventory levels
Initiate/identify project work required in light of your trade throughout the hotel
Assist with the implementation of the hotel’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system
Daily inspection and rectification of all public areas in relation to your trade
Monthly and record equipments status and report to Engineering Supervisor / Asst Chief Engineering about pending work order and material requirements
Yearly follow up inspection of all electric panel/connecting/equipments and follow up action requirement.
Be able to show flexibility to change the schedule in light of guest priorities
Carry out any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas
Liaise directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders and priorities in order of guest satisfaction
