• Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.• Monitor and update the latest version to ensure the availability of system.• Manage all recording logs in system to reduce the risk or interrupt the operations and data-transactions.• Manage all the IT assets, and compliance with the IT policies.• Ensure data security, network stable and redundancy system.• Do other ad-hoc assignments from direct supervisor.• Cooperation with IT Department of companies headquarter.**************• Khắc phục sự cố công nghệ và giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng để đảm bảo hoạt động kinh doanh được trơn tru • Kiểm tra và cập nhật các phiên bản phần mềm mới nhất để đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng của hệ thống • Quản lý các ghi nhận và thay đổi trong hệ thống liên quan để giảm thiểu rủi ro gián đoạn hoạt động và dữ liệu giao dịch • Quản lý các tài sản CNTT, và tuân thủ chính sách CNTT • Đảm bảo an toàn dữ liệu, truy cập mạng ổn định, và hệ thống dự phòng • Các nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp • Hợp tác với bộ phận IT của trụ sở chính.

• Engineer or bachelor’s in information technology, Electronic and Telecommunications, Management Information System field.• At least 2 years’ experience as IT Infrastructure in FMCG, F&B or Pharmaceutical• Experience with configuration and monitoring the 2nd and 3rd layer network switch and the industrial Wi-Fi System.• Experience with configuration the internal network of virtualization system: VMWARE, CITRIX and HYPER-V• Support to manage the Server, HPLC, PLC in automatic production, packaging area.• Ability to analyze and solve problems.• Ability to work under high pressure and intensive deadlines.• Ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.• Good knowledges in management and monitoring the network devices and servers in enterprise.• Having the certificate in CCNA-200 is an advantage.• CompTIA Network+, VMWare 7.0 other equivalent certificates• Ability to support the implementing of business infrastructure solutions such as: firewall, networking, server and redundancy.• Ability to Zabbix and read the system logs for solving the problems• Good communication of English skills.****************• Kỹ sư, cử nhân chuyên ngành CNTT, Điện tử viễn thông, Hệ thống thông tin • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí chuyên viên hệ thống CNTT trong lĩnh vực sản xuất ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh, thực phẩm hoặc dược phẩm. • Kinh nghiệm cấu hình và quản lý các thiết bị mạng Layer 2, Layer 3 và Wifi chuẩn công nghiệp • Kinh nghiệm làm việc với cấu hình mạng bên trong hệ thống VMWARE, CITRIX hoặc HYPER-V • Hỗ trợ quản trị các máy chủ / HPLC / PLC trong sản xuất, đóng gói tự động • Có khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề • Có khả năng làm việc với áp lực và đúng thời gian đưa ra • Khả năng giải quyết nhiều tác vụ • Khả năng quản trị tốt các thiết bị mạng và máy chủ • Có chứng chỉ về CCNA-200 là 1 lợi thế • Chứng chỉ Comptia Network +, VMWare 7.0 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương khác • Có khả năng hỗ trợ triển khai hệ thống doanh nghiệp như: tường lửa, mạng, máy chủ và các giải pháp dự phòng• Có khả năng sử dụng hệ thống theo dõi và các phần mềm ghi nhận log sự cố• Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh.* CHẾ ĐỘ PHÚC LỢI:• Thưởng tháng/quý/năm theo từng vị trí công việc• Thưởng chuyên cần• Thưởng lương tháng 13• Xem xét tăng lương hàng năm• Đào tạo chuyên môn sâu, cơ hội thăng tiến• Công việc ổn định, lâu dài• Tham gia bảo hiểm bắt buộc 100%• Bảo hiểm 24/7.
