We are seeking an experienced and articulate Financial Markets Trainer to join our team. Your role is to demystify the stock market for aspiring investors and professionals, transforming complex financial theory into practical, actionable trading strategies. You will serve as a mentor and guide, helping students navigate the psychological and technical hurdles of trading, with a focus on risk management, market analysis, and disciplined execution.
Job Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Conduct training sessions on Stock Market Fundamentals, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Derivatives Trading.
Curriculum Development: Design structured training programs ranging from "Beginner Investor" workshops to "Advanced Day Trading" technical labs, incorporating real-time market data.
Mentorship & Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, helping students build personalized trading plans and conduct post-trade reviews to identify behavioral biases.
Applied Simulation: Facilitate trading simulations using paper-trading platforms to allow students to practice executing trades without risking real capital.
Market Commentary: Regularly analyze current market news, economic reports, and sector trends to serve as a catalyst for classroom discussions on market sentiment.
Compliance & Risk Education: Emphasize the vital importance of risk management, stop-loss strategies, position sizing, and adherence to market regulations.
Technology Integration: Train students on professional-grade trading terminals, charting software (e.g., TradingView, Bloomberg terminal, or brokerage-specific tools), and financial news aggregators.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT, or Series 7/63/65 licenses) are highly preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of active experience in the financial markets (as a trader, analyst, or financial educator). Prior experience in a training or public speaking capacity is a significant asset.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and technical chart patterns (candlesticks, indicators, support/resistance).
Familiarity with financial data platforms and brokerage software.
Strong understanding of market mechanics, order types, and exchange operations.
