Job Description: Human Resources Manager (Trưởng phòng Hành chính Nhân sự)
We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our Administration and HR operations in Ho Chi Minh City. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s business objectives and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from employer branding and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
Performance & Development: Design and manage performance management systems, training programs, and career development initiatives to maximize team productivity and employee growth.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and mutual respect. Manage internal communications and team-building activities.
Administrative Operations: Oversee all administrative functions, including office facility management, procurement of office supplies, corporate assets, and legal document management.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk through diligent record-keeping and policy enforcement.
Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze HR metrics (turnover rates, recruitment costs, productivity) to provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM, or similar) are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Extensive knowledge of Vietnam’s Labor Code and social insurance regulations is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
Strong financial acumen: Ability to manage departmental budgets and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Expertise in labor law, conflict resolution, and performance management frameworks.
