Job Description: Mid-Senior Mobile Developer (Android & Cross-Platform)
We are seeking a highly skilled, solution-oriented, and collaborative Mid-Senior Mobile Developer to join our engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our mobile strategy, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality applications that deliver seamless experiences to our users. Whether you are optimizing native Android performance with Java/Kotlin or leveraging the efficiency of Flutter/Dart for cross-platform development, your technical expertise will be crucial in shaping our mobile ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
App Development & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of mobile features, from technical design and coding to testing and deployment. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for both native Android and cross-platform mobile apps.
Feature Implementation: Implement complex features using Kotlin and Java for native components, and Flutter/Dart for cross-platform requirements, ensuring code consistency and reusability.
Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI rendering issues to ensure a smooth, responsive, and crash-free user experience.
API Integration: Work closely with backend teams to design and integrate robust RESTful APIs and real-time data services into mobile applications.
Code Quality & Collaboration: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to the team’s technical knowledge base. Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers.
Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, clean code practices, and effective testing (Unit/UI testing).
Lifecycle Management: Manage app releases through various environments, troubleshoot production issues, and keep apps up-to-date with the latest OS guidelines and security standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. Proven track record of launching and maintaining high-traffic mobile apps on the Google Play Store.
Technical Skills:
Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin (for native Android) and Dart (for Flutter).
Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and Android SDK/Jetpack.
State Management: Expertise in state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod for Flutter; MVVM/MVI for Android).
Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions), and mobile diagnostic tools (Firebase, Sentry).
