We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and leadership-oriented 3D Artist Team Lead to head the 3D visualization and rendering team for our new luxury hotel and resort project in Vietnam. This role is pivotal during the pre-opening phase, responsible for creating high-impact 3D visuals, virtual tours, architectural renderings, and marketing assets that bring the property to life before construction completion and drive pre-launch sales and excitement.
As 3D Artist Team Lead, you will manage a small team of 3D artists while delivering photorealistic visuals for marketing, sales, interior design validation, and guest experience planning. You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Project Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D Artists and generalists.
Plan and oversee 3D projects, set timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Conduct daily/weekly reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development of team members.

3D Visualization & Rendering

Create photorealistic 3D renderings of hotel interiors, exteriors, guest rooms, F&B outlets, and resort facilities.
Develop 3D models, texturing, lighting, and animation for virtual tours and walkthroughs.
Produce marketing assets including still images, 360° views, VR experiences, and promotional videos.

Pre-Opening Collaboration

Work with architects, interior designers, and FF&E teams to visualize concepts accurately.
Support sales & marketing with high-quality visuals for brochures, websites, social media, and investor presentations.
Update and maintain 3D assets as design changes occur during the set-up phase.

Technical Standards & Optimization

Establish and enforce 3D production pipelines, best practices, and quality standards.
Optimize models and renders for web, print, and real-time applications.
Manage asset libraries and ensure efficient file organization and version control.

Document Verification & Compliance

Verify and maintain documentation for all 3D software licenses, asset copyrights, and vendor agreements.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and intellectual property requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in 3D Animation, Digital Design, Architecture Visualization, Fine Arts, or related field.

Experience

7–12+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization and rendering.
Minimum 3–5 years in a team lead or senior 3D artist role.
Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality, resort, or architectural visualization projects is mandatory.

Technical Skills

Mastery of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop.
Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Twinmotion for real-time visualization and virtual tours (strong advantage).
Experience with 3D scanning, photogrammetry, and post-production.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, After Effects, and video editing is a plus.

Language & Soft Skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight pre-opening deadlines.
